Hi folks,

I have items in a spreadsheet like below:
How can I do a SumIf function in power automate?

I was thinking of:

  1. List rows present in a table'
  2. Filter value Red,
  3. Add

But then got stuck - how do I then go back saying filter for Blue/Green and add?

@MJGreyling Use one select after list row present in a table action. In Select action switch Map to text value and pass your excel column name. After that use one compose and do union of select output -

union(body('Select'),body('Select')) this will give you unique value from name column.
Then use apply to each and pass Value from compose output. Inside apply to each now use filter and pass Value from list row present in a table and compare name with current item. Now you will get array for each unique value then you can sum up.
