Hello All,

I have a list in Share point. I would like to use Power Automate to create a backup copy of this list every week.

I made a flow, but I get an error: The flow time limit has been exceeded.

My list has over 1500 rows.

These are the steps I took:

Could you please help me with this issue?

    Hi!
    Just gessing your SP List have tons of columns, you can limit the ones your interested in by clicking on 'Advanced options', 'Limit columns by View'

    One more suggestion, can you share a screenshot of your flow execution, so we can see the time spent in each test step, and also the exact error message?
