Bold and Italicize expressions within email body

Is there a way to bold/ italicize expressions within an email body?  I want to put a formatted date in both.

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    As you can use html in email body , you can apply bold ,italic or other html styling

    here is an example for bold and italic:

    <p>
    Bold:<b>@{outputs('Compose')}</b>
    Italic: <i>@{outputs('Compose')}</i>
    </p>
    Please note to enable html in send email action - click on </> on body field on send email action.

    Hi!

    Are you using ay of the Outlook connectors?

    If so, 'Send an email (v2)' provides this option in its GUI:

    Flow_boldEmailText.png

     

    Also as @DeepakS suggested you can switch to 'HTML mode' by clicking the </> icon, then insert bold, italics, etc. via HTML tags.
