We use a form to collect information from employees. The employees need to enter their ID number and I use this ID number to match data to another list so it is important that it is correct. I am trying to check the employee's entry to the list and if there is not a match, have an email sent to me so I know to check the ID number. I have a flow set up using some instructions I found on here, but currently I am getting an email for every form entry - not just those that don't have an emp ID match.
