Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Business wants to below form to get updated budget information. They want to read and edit and data saved into SQL Server ( bidirectional to SQL server). I tried with Excel desktop but excel has only get data from SQL but not update back to SQL.

Do you guys know of any Microsoft applications or powerapps that can do this functionality? otherwise, I need to write a c# code application from the scratch.
