Hide results in a PowerApp gallery if the result in a column is blank

Hello

I am tryimg to use either a filter or IfBlank command to hide results from a column in my data source (sharepoint list).

I have an app setup for visitors to sign and out of the building. They sign in and the list in sharepoint shows their details. When they go to sign out, I need the list in the app gallery to only show a list of people that have yet to sign out, and not show all visitors that have signed in on that day.

Attached are a few screen shots that should hopefully help. I need to show the people from the checkin date, unless they have date in the chackout date, on the powerapp gallery.

One idea that I have is to add a new column called status and have it either be checked in or out, then you could filter the gallery with the formula: Filter(DataSource, Status=Checked in). Or something similar to that.

Another idea is to filter the Checkin DateTime. On the items property in the gallery, you can put in a formula similar to this one: Filter( DataSource, Checkin DateTime=Today() ).

Hopefully these options work for you or at least give you some ideas on how to solve the problem. Let me know if that worked or if you need me to clarify anything. 🙂

try Filter(Visitors,CheckIn_x0020_DateTime>Today() And IsBlank(CheckOut_x0020_DateTime))

This should only show checkin greater than today like you already have but also only show if the checkout is blank.
