Powerapps sometimes shows the wrong Sharepoint list entry

I send a link to a powerapps sharepoint form in the format "https://innobit.sharepoint.com/sites/mySite/Lists/myList/EditForm.aspx?ID=174" using a Microsoft Flow approval email. However, sometimes when users click on it, the navigation shows the right title, but all the info contained in the powerapps form belongs to a different list item…
