Extracting Date from Sharepoint List into a Power Apps Text Field

Hello,

 

I'm attempting to extract a date from a Power Apps list and populate it in a text field.

 

My attempt is:

Ultimately, I want to count days from the latest incident (Days Since), which I have working manually, but I'm trying to automate this.  I'll also be fintering by state once I have the extraction working.  Any help would be appreciated.
