i´m using this flow Track Office 365 emails in an SQL database, is possible get email body in HTML format?
Yes, if you do a forum search of "Parse HTML" you will find all kinds of ways to accomplish this. The Flow team announced the support for converting HTML to plain text with this blog post. There is also a 3rd party connector for Parserr (documentation), which they outline how to use on their blog.

I see that everything is flat, and something like this can be done:
Extract the html, and the images in base64, I currently have it developed in C# (Web) with OpenPop.
