I have a very simple setup which makes this maddening.

I have a gallery that is fed from a SharePoint list.

I have an edit form tied to the gallery

When I select an item to edit, it appears in the form and I am able to submit the form.

But the values on the labels in the gallery aren't changing any more... I can see them change on the backend though?

The submit button:

SubmitForm(Frm_AM);
 Refresh(SelectedListAM);
 ClearCollect(
 AM,
 Sort(
 Filter(
 SelectedListAM,
 Team = TeamSelected
 ),
 Name.DisplayName,
 Ascending
 )
 )

Does anyone see why this would change on the SP List but not in the gallery?

I would try moving this section of code to the OnSucess property of the form instead.

Refresh(SelectedListAM);
ClearCollect(
AM,
Sort(
Filter(
SelectedListAM,
Team = TeamSelected
),
Name.DisplayName,
Ascending
)

Is the Gallery item linked to the datasource or a collection.
It should be linked to the datasource for instant update

ok so I changed the gallery to be linked tot he SP List not the collection.
I also moved the success stuff to on success.

Same results though.
I can edit it, it acts like it is good but gallery never updates.
But if I press the edit button again.. in the edit form it shows the new value??
Just refuses to update the gallery..

It used to work. lol.

Hi @Mattw112IG ,

This may be more of a display error caused by the cache. Does this issue also happen when running the published app?
Could you please try to log out completely, clear your browser cache, and log back into PowerApps?
