Need your help on how to display a gallery of data based on entity(dataverse table) value in canvas app.
I may be misunderstanding your question but you need to add the dataverse table to the app in the data column then insert in a gallery either horizontal or vertical depending on use case (most use cases require it to be vertical). Then insert the relevant components into the gallery popular ones include labels. Reference the relevant data with ThisItem.Column1 change the red column1 to the column you wish to see

You could only use hardcode to builda gallery dynamically.
Firstly add many tables in your canvas app.
Secondly set your gallery Items property like this:
If( ...,first table ,..., second table ,....... )
