Hi All, how can I build a Power App Form with multilevel format text? ie:

Explain:
What
How
where
Please see example in picture.
Also, do I have first to create a sharepoint list to link it to the Power App? I don't know neither how to add a column with multilevel format text.

It seems this App only needs to connect to one data source. If it's the case, you can create a list with many multiple lines of text columns:
Next, you can either customize a form for this list, allow PowerApps help you create a Form for you automatically, then add more screens and forms in the customized form.
or you can create a standalone Canvas app with multiple screens and forms on make.powerapps.com
