PowerApps how to provide Roles

Based upon my understanding of PowerApps, I am assuming following role segregation for PowerApps, in-case there are any additions, kindly confirm ?

 

 

O365 Administrators
Environment Admin
Environment Maker
Categories:
Governance & administering

    In terms of roles there are quite a list, but System Administrator (Environment Admin was renamed) and Environment Maker are the only two that matter unless you get into CDS.
