How do I create a PowerApp with different sections or pages tailored for specific user groups and implement user role-based access for each of them. I know it comes with different ideas, but I can still go with any idea

Where is your group membership information coming from? Is it coming from Azure Active Directory/Entra ID or from SharePoint Groups? Or somewhere else?

Once you understand a bit, if the backend data of yours needs a more strict security, please have a look at "row-level security" and use Dataverse.
