I have a Label (Date Started) with the following formula -
     Text(Today(),DateTimeFormat.LongDate)

I have a Label used as a header with the following hardcoded text -
           Q4 Report History

I want the content of the Header Label to be dynamic.
Assuming the Quarters are:
     Quarter 1: January 1, 2025 - March 30, 2025 | Header Content = Q1 REPORT HISTORY
     Quarter 2: April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025 | Header Content = Q2 REPORT HISTORY
     Quarter 3: July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025 | Header Content = Q3 REPORT HISTORY
     Quarter 4: October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 | Header Content = Q4 REPORT HISTORY

    Something like this should do it
    If(
       Month(Today()) < 4,
       "Q1",
       Month(Today()) < 7,
       "Q2",
       Month(Today()) < 10,
       "Q3",
       "Q4"
    ) &  "REPORT HISTORY"

    Hi @Phineas

    You can try this:

    If(
        Month(Now())<=3,
            "Q1",
        Month(Now())>=4 && Month(Now())<=6,
            "Q2",
        Month(Now())>=7 && Month(Now())<=9,
            "Q3",
        Month(Now())>=10,
            "Q4"
    ) &  " REPORT HISTORY"
