How to use both Custom form and default form in Microsoft List for different purposes?

Hi team,

I would like to make use of powerapps and microsoft List for our firewall change requests. The idea is to show a custom form made by powerapps to the requesters which does not include all the columns of the list. Then use the default form for our technicians that has access to the list with all the columns editable by us.

    You can't have both types of form in the same list. In your flow you'd need to copy the item in the first list to a different list which just has the default form setting.

    Why not create a Power Apps Form and then control the visibility of the extra fields based on the logged in user. You will need to with leverage their Job Title in Entra, or possibly better have a simple reference list with their email and an access flag and then show the fields when required.
