Storage Capacity, What counts towards Database and File?

So I'm over capacity and im attempting to clean up and make more room. However, I am a bit confused as to what counts towards the storage used

For file, this one is confusing. I followed the guide to clear storage and I deleted almost all of our emails and note attachments, but I still have 13GB of file storage used, and I'm not sure where its stemming from.

For database storage, would it be the amount of tables?

    Hi @mikeB4 ,

The storage amount applies to all types of data within your App(s), e.g. database data, files and log files. Different licenses provide different Database, File and Log capacity. Microsoft Dataverse capacity (database, file, log, and add-ons) is pooled across the tenant and shared among all environments and workloads. As an administrator, you could monitor your capacity usage in the admin portal.

For the capacity allocation of power apps, you could refer to this link:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/adoption/capacity-and-licenses

And you could refer to this link to free up storage space:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/free-storage-space

    Best Regards,

    Jessica Gu

    Hi @mikeB4,

    Please refer to this document.

I have created this document when I followed the same for my customer environment and managed to gain storage space.
