Hello,
I am fairly new to Power Apps and wanted an idea if the below scenario is possible ?
1. Upload a file (e.g. a Excel / .CSV) -
2. Validate the file content for correctness - e.g. Are the Column names as required / Value of the Column in the correct format ?
3. If validation approves do next task, e.g. upload it further to a Database

Do you want to validate the uploaded file content for correctness within your app?
Based on the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently. Currently, there is no way or function supported to validate the content of the uploaded file.
