Hi guys,

 

I have set up the business unit and assigned a few users to the business unit, then users cannot log in to the apps. So I moved the users back to the root business unit first, but I found when I imported the data, all of the records in relation to these users came out error. The reason is as indicated. As I have set the users to the root business unit again, all these users have access to root teams and the root business unit. Can anyone bring some insights about why this happened? Thanks in advance.
