I have been using this for a little over a year and have various flows but I have noticed lately that either of my actions fail and I resubmit them and it succeeds. I was looking at the Resubmit deal but didn't know how to craft that in my flow and copy it to my other flows. Any one know of how I can automatically add something to my flow that resubmits so I don't have to manually submit. Each time I resubmit it works flawlessly.

Have you tried adding a 2-minute delay immediately after the trigger? The reason why I ask is because, if it works 100% of the time on resubmit, my assumption is there's an issue reading the attachments immediately after the trigger.
I recommend looking at this option before coming up with a resubmit subflow or run-after.
