issue moving data from a form to excel

Hello I am having an issue getting a flow setup where I take information from a Form and dump it into Excel.  I keep getting the following error of could not retrieve values the dynamic invocation request failed with error: "status": 409 "message": Graph api is unable to acquire or refresh a lock on the file because it is already locked.  Please close edit sessions and try again"

I've tried this a few different times and cannot get any further then that.  Is this how I have the excel table formatted?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is because of the file lockout issues of Excel, range from 6-12 minutes in time. That means, each time a form submission is made and the Excel file is updated, another user cannot submit a form for 6-12 minutes.

You should use a SharePoint list for this sort of operation.

If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, your Flow run history, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
