when the flow is accessed by multiple users is it possible to error out with a notification so that only a single user initiates the process.

There is an option on trigger settings to limit the concurrency of running flows. I think your problem will be solved if you set this to 1. Or do you need something else ?

Actually I would like to check the status of the flow (from the flow itself) and if the flow is already running then stop the flow with an error message. is it possible. I did check with concurrency but the flow will only be queued. it will not stop.
