I set up my form flow to outlook adding the dynamic content and it always sends the email in code. I need the email to actually display the form questions and the respondants answers. How do I fix this?

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow? That will make it much easier to assist.

In your send email action, click on Show Advanced Options (at the bottom of the action dialogue). Set the "Is HTML" question to yes. Please let me know if this solves your issue. If so, please mark your post as Solved.
