How to Parse a URL

Looking to Parse a URL and getting stuck using the split syntax.  

 

Ex. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/plan=135685&Group=980248

 

I am looking to store 135685 and 980248 in variables in my flow. Screen shots and syntax would be amazing. Any ideas would be great!
