Text input box to show previously saved notes

I have a text input field in one of my apps that I use for team meetings. I'd like to have the notes I make in the field visible for the meeting but then allow me to overwrite them with new notes. Is this possible and if so how? Thanks

    You will have to set up a data source for your app.

     

    The pattern would be:

    1. Set up a data source for your notes, say a multiline Sharepoint column.
    2. Patch the contents of your textbox to the datasource using the OnChange property
    3. Retrieve the contents of the datasource using the Default property for the text box

    Hope this helps.
