Copy Columns from excel on onedrive to another excel on one drive using flows

Hi,

 

I have 5 different excel sheets on onedrive. At the end of every week I need to open each sheet and copy specific columns into one single sheet. Is there a way to copy these columns (not rows) into my sheet with flows?
