Failed to add user into sandbox environment and production environment, but success to add in developer environment

Hi all,

 

I am facing a problem, when I add an account into sandbox and production environment, have an error:

I have no idea this security group mean. Anyone has tried this error?

    Please access https://portal.azure.com/.

    Find the security group of the environment and add the user to it.

    Hi Wearsky,

     

    Thanks for your reply, I have found in Azure group and search the environment name but i can't find sandbox and production environment group.
    Is the security group follow the environment create or separate create the security group?

    Hi @Maurice97630 ,

     

    Security groups can be created independently. You only need to add it to the environment when using.

    Here is the step to check the security group name in env.

    Access Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com), choose the environment.
