Run a flow on emails in an existing Outlook folder

Hi,

I've got my flow working so it adds information from a new email when it arrives in the folder to Excel, but I have 600 existing emails which need adding too. How can I force it to check the existing folder and add them?

get email has a limit of 25 messages to review while there are hundreds sitting in the mailbox. How the flow can review them all not just latest 25?

Hi all, I'm trying to do similar  -  Save attachments from O365 to a OneDrive Business folder for emails that already exist in my inbox -  something strange is happening when I'm selecting "Attachments" as the output.  It's coming up with "Value"....  See screenshot

    Hello ๐Ÿ™‚

Since you will only need to run this flow once, you can use an instant flow, and execute the flow manually.

With the instant flow you will be the one manually triggering the flow. In this way you will be able to use the  'Get Email' action as the first action.

I hope this suggestion helps!  However, if you have any questions fell free to ask!

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply ๐Ÿ™‚ I've not done a parallel branch before (only started using it this week). I was going to just duplicate my flow and replace my 'When a new email arrives' with 'Get Email', as I only need to run it the once, then I can turn it off. However it won't let me start the flow with 'Get Email' as it's an action not a trigger (I presume). How do I get round this? My original flow is below (well, part of it).

    Hello!

I believe the "Get emails" action can solve your problem. Bellow you have a printscreen of this action. You can select at the inbox the folder that you want to analyse and get the emails. Pay attention to the "Fetch Only Unread Messages" option and select the most adequate option for your situation.

You can add this action to you flow for example in a parallel branch.

Any question that you have feel free to ask.
