So far I have made it work. I send the email to the specified mailbox, email with attachment arrives and I see the flow run successfully. Check the sharepoint folder and the file is there. Same name, type and size looks similar, but when you try to open the file, whether it be a pdf, docx or txt file it says there is no preview and when you download the file each respective program says the file cant be opened. Let me know if I need to upload anything and I will. I have a csv I exported but not sure if there is sensitive in there. But like I said docs are going in, the flow is passing and then the files wont open.
