Upload folder from OneDrive to SFTP server

Hello everyone!

I want to upload an entire folder from my OneDrive to a SFTP server using Power Automate. This folder contains multiple levels of nested sub-folders.

There is an option to copy an entire folder within OneDrive (i.e. Copy File) but I am unable to find a similar option for a SFTP server. Basically, I want to schedule a backup of my folder from OneDrive to some other location (like AWS S3). How can I achieve this?

You can use the Copy file action of SFTP-SSH connector from power automat.
I don't have a SFTP server to show in screenshot but you can use the Get file content action from the OneDrive connector to copy the content to SFTP server.

Hey @narayan225
The 'get file content' action only takes in the path of the particular file so it won't work for folders. Also, if I try to use 'list files in folder' and then use 'get file content' action on it, I get an error on my sub-folders with the message being: Cannot find path.
Also, what path would I specify inside 'Source file path' in the copy file action of SFTP-SSH? Will passing the value as '/Documents/myDocuments/UploadThisDoc' work? (as this is a dynamic path)

Just another small question, is there a way to move an entire folder (including nested sub-folders) from OneDrive to Sharepoint using Power Automate?

Hey @narayan225 ! Sorry for the late response. The link that you provided contains methods to copy folders from one location to another location inside Sharepoint, or from one location to another location inside OneDrive. Is there a method to copy an entire folder (including its nested sub-folders) from Sharepoint to OneDrive without syncing the two?

Basically, I want to copy the folders from Sharepoint to onedrive, perform some operation through my code (or power automate) and then delete the folder from OneDrive.
