    Hi there,

Where is the data table coming from? If it is coming from Excel, you can do this beforehand; if it isn't, then you can use the "Write to Excel" action and take these steps to get what you need, then pull the data back into PAD:

    Here is my example data:

    1) Sort your "DateTime" column descending - Newest to Oldest.

    2) Go Data > Remove Duplicates. Ensure only the column with duplicates is selected. (For me, this is Name.) Click OK.

    3) Only the unique values remain with their most recent date.

Now you can pick this data up and move it back into PAD.

Let me know if you have questions.

    Cheers,

    Rhia

    Hi @Amit_Chaudhary ,

You can filter using Excel as a database, and write the query for that.

Use distinct for particular column so duplicate rows will not come even use filter as well for date.

    Regards
