Am I right in my thinking? this will only delete entries labeled completed, cancelled, or removed?

So I am making a bot that basically moves any row with the status of Completed, Cancelled, or removed to a archive file.
Then deletes that row. Do I need to add anything special to the key value or will it only delete those three entries based on the Array filter above? Or is there an expression I should put in key value just in case>

@rmartori What's your flow trigger? Are you using the List Rows Present in a Table action in your flow to loop through all rows in your table to run a condition check on each one?

If you are, it's more efficient to use a Filter Array action to filter out the rows you want to loop through first.

To learn more about how to use the Filter Array action, please refer to this YT Tutorial: Are you using the Microsoft Power Automate Filter Array Action wrong?

In this video tutorial I’ll show you 3 practical ways to use the Filter Array action and how to use it properly.

    1️⃣ Cross-Referencing Data

    2️⃣ Filtering by Key

    3️⃣ Substring Matching

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.

Sorry, right now it is manual but I plan to have it check once a week.
The full flow is the screenshot below. But it is a list rows then for each has the condition, the update and the delete.

@rmartori Thx for sharing the screenshot. My original recommendation still stands. It's a lot more efficient to use a Filter Array action. The List rows present in a table action will only allow you to have a single filter query argument. If you can use a single argument such as checking if the Status column is Not Equal to a specific value, then you can use the Filter Query field in the List Rows Present in a table action.

If not, then you'll need to use a Filter Array action. Tip: You can use a single filter query argument in the List Rows Present in a Table action (this will reduce the number of rows returned from this action) in combination with a Filter Array action.

Reference this section of this YT tutorial for how to add multiple conditions to a Filter Array action. This will help you troubleshoot your flow. I cover how to do that in this section of the tutorial.

    Hope this helps!
