Create sharing link for a file or folder Keeps Failing

Hello,
I am trying to create a flow that generates an approval flow based which includes the link to the file that needs to be approved.
However the flow keeps failing when I test it.

When I look at the side bar for "Create sharing link for a file or folder" I see the error is 404 not found.

The Item ID for "Create sharing link for a file or folder" is from the "Get files (properties only)"

Any idea what could be happening there?

    In your apply to each action, what are you setting as your source? I have a similar flow that does not include an 'apply to each' action that runs as intended. I do not see any other differences that would cause that issue for you. I believe you should be using the value of your get however I see you have a get files and a get items.

    The first For Each is looking at the Body/value from "Get files (property only)" where the files that need to be approved are in a SharePoint site folder.
    The second For Each is looking at the body/value from "Get item List" where there is a list of approvers based on the program code.
