View different screens of the same power app on different pages of a sharepoint sites

My issue is I have a SharePoint site with 2 pages (pageA and pageB) and a power app with 2 screens (ScreenA and screenB). When PageA is open I want to see ScreenA of my power app and when PageB is opened, I want to see screenB of my power apps.

 

Is this possible?
