I need to provide to a Owner, full access of all the resources from its own environments, but without having the capacity to add people and modify roles.
What do you recommend to do?
Copy System Administrator role and revoke the permissions in users and security roles tables in the new custom role.
I already did that, but users with the new role aren't capable to see all the resources. (I mean, no shared apps or flows).
There is no role that allows you to see all the apps or flows in an environment if they are not shared directly with the user, even if the user is a System Administrator.
