Given a flow with multiple co-owners (each with a Power Automate per user plan – 40k requests/day): How will the requests be assigned out to the licensed users? Do they apply directly to the flow creator only? Do they apply first to the creator, and then any assigned co-owners (effectively 40k per licensed owner)? Do they- hopefully not – apply to all owners flow limits simultaneously?
That would depend on the trigger. If its an automated trigger then the flow will run in the context of the maker. The requests/day used would then apply to the maker. The co-owner can edit the flow, but it always runs under the maker account unless you change the account used for the connections.
if its a manual triggered flow then it runs under the context of the user who triggered it and their 40k limit is used.
There is no pooling of the limit as far as I know.
