Notification about not identified topics

Hi,

in the company I work we only have access to Power Virtual Agents for Teams. There is no possibility to use the web version. So we tried to built a bot as a kind of team assistent to get out team a help for the FAQ. Everything was working fine, but sometimes the bot answerd "I cannot find any connected informatio to your topic" (more or less, we use it in german).

PVA for Teams doesn't have any access to information from internet, so you have to create topics and conversation structure by your own. And of course it may be that you a kind of forgot to create topic, so dthe bot cannot provide any answer to you.

Is there any possibility to get the owner of this bot any information, the users asked questions which aren't implemented into the bot, so he oder she can add this topic base on the user experience?

Good morning,

In the Analysis tab of the bot, you can get a transcript of all conversations of the bot day by day. Maybe you can use that to see which topics were unanswered (look for conversations where the bot said "I cannot find any connected informatio to your topic") ?
