Issue: The screen or form of a published SharePoint Online customized list form shrunk to the upper left hand corner.

Seeking help on: How do I revert the form or screen to its original size?

Background: I did not make any changes to the form. The live published version is the most current - from August 2021. Today 1) I opened the form in Power Apps, 2) visually verified a formula and 3) closed the browser app without saving changes or publishing changes. 10 minutes after closing the browser I accessed the SharePoint list in Chrome and clicked an item to view its form. The screen or form was shrunk to the upper-left hand corner. How do I resolve the shrunken size?

I sometimes encounter the same situation, maybe it would be useful to do this:
1. Adjust the web page zoom to 100%

2. Refresh the webpage(Press F5)

Hi, there. The cause was not identified so my resolution was to re-publish the last working version and update it to include changes lost in the corrupted version.

Again, I did not save or publish any changes to data sources, layers or settings so I’m not sure what happened. Thanks, Bof, for your suggestion. I couldn’t test as the corrupted form version had already been published over when your message came through. I’ll reply back to this post if I’m ever in a position to try your suggestion and provide an outcome. Thanks!

Hi jhersko, I am running into this same issue with the form shrinking. Has it ever come up for you again? It sounds like restoring the previous version did work for you, so I may end up having to do that as well.

I had the tiny form in the upper left corner of the screen similar to the image jhersko shared. This problem was the same in both the Chrome and Edge browsers. Therefore I ruled out it could be a browser cache issue. One suggestion I found was to resize the browser to 100% and hit F5 to refresh the page. This did not work but I left the page at 100%. Simply republishing the form did not work. Before taking the drastic step of restoring from an earlier version, I decided to make a small change to a text label which activated the Save button. I saved the form and republished the form. Those were the steps I took to restore the form to its original size.
