I have a couple of Flows that receive responses from a Form and process multiple actions such as creating a Sharepoint library item, building folders, depositing attachments, assigning permissions, sending emails, etc. This process can take as long as 10-15 minutes per form submission to complete. We have noticed that when this process is running and a second form submission is received during this time, the submissions are comingled into one SharePoint library item. In other words, PowerAutomate does not hold the second item in a queue until the first one finishes processing--it just adds it to the mix and processes them together. Although rare when it happens, it is problematic. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
