 'Current Department': CurrentDepartment_Text.Text,
 'New Department': NewDepartment_Label,
 'Current Status': CurrentExemptStatus_DropDown.Selected,
 'New Status': NewExemptStatus_DropDown.Selected,
 'Current Pay Rate': CurrentPayRate_Text.Text,
 'New Pay Rate': NewPayRate_Text.Text,
 'Current Salary Grade': CurrentSalaryGrade_Text.Text,
 'New Salary Grade': NewSalaryGrade_Text.Text,
 'Current Work Schedule': CurrentWorkSchedule_Text.Text,
 'New Work Schedule': NewWorkSchedule_Text.Text,
 'Current PTO Accrual': CurrentPTOAccural_Text.Text,
 'New PTO Accrual': NewPTOAccural_Text.Text,
 'New Desk Location': NewLocation_Text.Text,
 'Existing Employee to Model After': ExistingEmployee_DropDown.Selected.DisplayName,
 'Evaluation Date': EvaluationDate_Date.SelectedDate,
 'Manager Responsible for Next Review': ManagerResponsibleForNextReview_DropDown.Selected.DisplayName,

 }
);

I know it's a bit much but i'm hoping someone could help me out.
There are no person's columns.

Here are the mapped columns

    Try changing your choice columns to be like this example:

    Patch(PARF, Defaults(PARF), {ChoiceColumn1: {Value: "sometext1"}, ChoiceColumn2: {Value: "sometext2"}})

    Choice columns cause extra steps with patch statements which is one of the many reasons to use text column instead 😛

    Thanks for the reply! If I set ChoiceColumn1:{Value:"Sometext1"} Wouldn't that be static? and not capture whatever value from the drop down is selected?
