What do you mean by "Read the table content"? Do you just want to access it? Are you sure the table name will be the same every time? Will the Excel be named the same?

1) When a new email arrives (attachments = yes, include attachments = yes, you could include a trigger condition for xlsx, or even further, for the specific name of the Excel attachment - or subject)
2) Create File (sharepoint or onedrive, doesn't matter, but use the Attachment Content / Attachments Name outputs)
3) List Rows Present in Table. Point it at the dynamic content from the Create File, to point at that location. Manually input the table name.
Now your content will be available.
