Publishing a modern SharePoint SitePage

Hello everybody,

I am in the middle of building a workflow that first copies a SharePoint SitePage, and should eventually publish this modern SharePoint SitePage on the new site.

Inspired by the following article http://www.sites.se/2018/08/sharepoint-modern-pages-microsoft-flow/ (step 7) I was trying to include an action in my Flow that does exactly that. Send an HTTP request to SharePoint to publish a SharePoint SitePage.

I came to the conclusion that the action succeeds, but the SitePage still remains in Approval Status: "Pending".
The desired outcome is not achieved. The response I am receiving is Publish equals false. But why?

Am I using the wrong method?

Below I have attached screenshots of both the input and output of this action.

Could anyone help me clarify this behavior and outcome?

@jvdlinden not entirely sure but you might need to update the PromotedState column to 2.

Hi @RobElliott ,

And exactly that is what I am not able to accomplish. I include the metadata "PromotedState": 2
Initially I was struggling to change the Approval Status, that has been fixed now (review screenshot below).
But the PromotedState thing is suggested here by aMicrosoft Community Support engineer: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/issue-when-updating-new-page-promoted-state-in-microsoft-flow/td-p/252582
It runs successfully, but it does not promote the sitepage as a news post.

I was expecting the PromotedState metadata to come over while copying the site page to another site, but apparently that is not how it works...
