Flow didn't run

Hi, I have one flow

I'm expecting this flow will run when I add, modify or delete data but it did not work as expected.
What is the problem here?

    flows happen in the background/async

    is the flow not being triggered at all? if have you checked your data in the Dataverse to see if it has been updated

     

    you won't see the data reflected in the Portals right away as async updates will face SLA of 15min for cache refresh

    if you need the data to reflect in real-time, you need to look at workflows/plugins SYNC

    Double check the Flow runs on the flow details (back 1 screen from what you show in your flow screen shot) - This will tell you if the flow ran successfully/failed etc (and you can open the 'run' to see where it failed etc)

     

    If it ran, then as Oliver indicated it most likely that you didn't see anything because CDS Flows are asynchronous (for an immediate update you need to do a realtime Workflow or Plugin) and with them there are 2 issues one they can take a while to initiate and run, two any updates they make do not push immediately back to the Portal (they eventually push back to the Portal cache) and this can take several minutes (Microsoft's SLA says upto 15 mins).
