HI !
I need to be inform by mail when one user create a new app.
Any idea ?

I would use the custom connector from the COE template to pull that information daily from the Office365 Admin Center's Audit Logs. Then you could have a Flow that uses that and sends you a mail every time a new user creates and App.

The COE would be a good choice, but the Audit Logs where you are pulling the information from have the ability to create an alert that will email you a few minutes after a new App is created. The COE will send you less email because you will get a daily report. But if you need to know in a more timely basis go to the Audit Log in Security and compliance center, create a search, and then have it convert that search into an Alert.

I'm trying to get as many people aware of the COE as possible - there's a wealth of info that some people may have missed
I totally agree. The COE is a great resource. In this case it sounded like the questioner wanted something closer to real-time. So I wanted to suggest the alternative approach.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to be informed via email when a new app is created in your PowerApps?
Based on the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
As an alternative solution, I agree with @iAm_ManCat 's thought almost. I think the custom connector in PowerApps could achieve your needs.

I used a flow template. It informs me of the apps created during the week.

@MrChaix would you be able to share a screenshot of the trigger and actions that you used? I'm looking to do the same thing and I've gotten as far as importing the core components, finding the custom connector but I'm not sure what to use as a trigger and subsequent steps. Even just a list of the trigger and actions I think I could figure out the rest.
