Hello,
I saw a few posts, but wasn't able to fix my problem. Here is the app workflow I want to use and offline access is required because there isn't always internet access.
1. I have a list of checklists needing to be completed. (List loaded from SharePoint).
2. I choose the checklist I am going to complete - if it has data saved on the device, I load it. If not, pull it from online.
3. I go outside to complete the checklist (no internet connection). I save it to the device. I want to save it to a file with an ID, in case I start another checklist before this one is submitted, I don't overwrite the other one.
4. When back online, I submit it and clear the memory of that checklist.
My problem is I can't find a way to determine if a file exists on the device for that checklist. I tried IsError(), IfError() and it just blows through to the default output, but also throws multiple errors because it can't find the file.
I was using simple code below to test it out.
IfError(LoadData(_Collection, "FileDoesNotExist", false), Notify("Error"), Notify("No Error") )
Every time I get a bunch of errors from LoadData and then a notification "No Error". Is there a way to check for this? Work arounds are fine too - but I can't be flashing the errors to our users.
