I am using Meeting Capture and I find the it will change the person assign to a task on its own in the email it sends at the end. Is there a fix for this?

What did you mean its own? Did you mean that it will use the current login user's account?

Hi, what is happening is that if assignments were made to person A, when it sends the email it has changed that assignment shows person B, App does it on its own. I have experimented and found that it seems to happen if before hitting “finish” I change one of the assignments. The result it that not only that task’s assignment was changed but also other task assignments were also changed.
