i need to know please how can i extract the audit questions to a file with their answers and if photos attached
how can i get them in a pdf or even word file ?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to extract info from a PDF file?
Regarding the needs that you mentioned, I think the Form Processing AI Model functionality in PowerApps could achieve your needs.
You could consider train a Form Processing AI Model in your Power Apps, then you could use the Form Processing AI Model in your canvas app to analyze data from a PDF file.

thanks for answer I just need to get the audit answers from the receipt mail to be in a pdf or word file to be revised and printed after finishing the audit questionnaire
If you want to extract info from a PDF file in a canvas app, I think the solution ('Form Processing' AI Model) I provided above could achieve your needs. Please try it.
Currently, within Power Apps, there is no direct way or function to extract info from a PDF file or Word file. In addition, if you want to print extracted data from your canvas app, there is no direct way to achieve your needs in Power Apps.
