Hi I found the flow only run once but two mails were sent by action " Send an email" (there is only one) to me.
After check the action, it shows retried once and that status is gatewaytimeout.
Is it the network issue or Office 365(outlook) issue?

The mail was sent once at 6:38 am by confirming PowerAutomate, but there is the message that shows "retried once".
After clicking the details, the status is gatewaytimeout and the retrying timing is at 6:32 am.
I have received the mail twice at 6:38 am and 6:32 am.
It seems not the PowerAutomate setting problem, is it the network issue or outlook issue?
