Compare items on list and send email if difference

Hi,

 

I need help creating an automated flow that in a certain time two SharePoint list get compared according to a value a column.

 I need to compare items form these two lists according to the “Primarykey”. If “Prueba de asistencia 2” have a value in the “Primarykey” column that is the same as in “Prueba asistencia”, compare the value under the “incidencia” column. If value in “incidencia” column is different, send email showing difference.

 

I have tried for weeks know, hope someone can help.
