How to restrict PowerApps accessible to Office network only?

We have a requirement that PowerApps should be accessible to the Office LAN network or Specific Office WiFi(which is accessible in the office area) only. It should not be used outside of the Office premises or other networks(not even mobile networks).

A simple idea behind this, employees should be in the office to use this PowerApp.

That's pretty much the opposite of what PowerApps are about. Find a different tool.

I would definitely use another technology if this requirement comes before developing the Power Apps. But currently App has completely developed and tested. Now user want this app to work through the Office network only.
Please suggest...
